Tarot Story
As if the Fool suddenly thought he has introspected enough, he decides to come out of the hiding into the daylight. If describing this event in terms of the wheel, it seems that the Fool is being pulled up from some low down, gloomy position on a wheel, into a brighter, higher side on it. It is time for a transformation.
All geared up to face the world again, he starts out, with nil anticipation. However, eccentrically, good things start happening to him, one after another. As the Fool while roaming, came by a water wheel. A woman standing next to it presents him a drink in a golden chalice. After accepting the drink, the woman insisted him to keep the chalice too, saying that she liked him very much. Similarly, when he went ahead, wandering by a windmill, he halted on his way, just to see a youth wavering his sword in the air. The Fool was impressed, and when he conveyed his awe for the sword in his hand, the youth immediately handed over the weapon to him, persisting that he keeps it.
And eventually, when he happens upon a wealthy businessman seated in a carriage, he suddenly hands him over a money bag. When the Fool asked him the reason for being so generous to him, the merchant said
"I like giving away my wealth and I decided, at random, that the tenth individual walking past me today would get this wealth. And you're the tenth one." The Fool was more than surprised, he was awestruck. With so much good happening to him all day, he felt as if everything good he ever did in his entire life was getting paid back to him for. This was his luckiest day ever.
